Omantel continues to develop tangible ICV through training, Omanisation of the workforce, enhancing data privacy and protection, infrastructure integration, and leading the digital ecosystem's evolution.
Moreover, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) mission aims to enable the Omani society by building a digitally competent and connected community, and contributing to the sustainable development of Oman. To this end, we focus on four distinct CSR areas. The table below presents the overall CSR spend during the year 2025.
The Human Capital and Organisational Capability chapter of this report on pages 34 - 39 presents more information on the value created for and through our employees.

Governance Integrity
Governance integrity is a foundational pillar of Omantel’s sustainability framework and underpins the Company’s commitment to ethical conduct, transparency, and accountability across all operations. Robust governance structures, supported by comprehensive policies and internal controls, ensure that Omantel operates responsibly, manages risk effectively, and maintains the trust of its stakeholders.
Oversight is provided by the Board of Directors, supported by specialised Board committees, which collectively ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, effective risk management, and alignment between governance practices and long-term strategic objectives. A strong Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework is embedded across the organisation, enabling the identification, assessment, and management of financial, operational, regulatory, cybersecurity, and sustainability-related risks.
